Fuhsillytaters was our attempt at getting the crowd hyped at our fundraiser Halloween party Beats N Treats in the Arts District in LA. The idea was that we would be 3 fun potato facilitators. Carson Twice Baked Daily, Darth Tater, and Don Spudnelious. We fashioned outfits and curated sets and prepped the different ways to engage the crowd. Before it was our time to go up, the party was poppin’ with people playing games and dancing. Then, it was our turn. As soon as we started and tried to get the crowd Fuhsillytated, the dancefloor cleared completely out… you can see in the photo with people standing off to the side… it stayed that way for the most of each of our turns. In that humbling moment, it was great to try something and see it not go to plan, but continue to roll with it. We planned with the best intention and effort and that's all we can ask for. We were clearly ahead of our time lol! We may be back one day, look out!!
